We want you to be satisfied with every IPOOLGO order. Because our products are quoted and often produced or customised per order, the following applies.
Every product is inspected before dispatch and ships with a repair kit. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We will arrange a repair, replacement of the affected part, or a replacement unit as appropriate.
IPOOLGO products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, punctures, over-inflation beyond the rated pressure, or normal wear.
Custom-printed or made-to-order products cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective, as they are produced to your specification.
