The IPOOLGO name, logo, product designs, drop-stitch material technology, website content, images and text are the exclusive property of IPOOLGO. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used to manufacture competing products without our written permission.
For OEM and ODM partners, ownership of custom artwork and branding you supply remains yours; the underlying IPOOLGO materials, construction methods and tooling remain ours. Terms are agreed in writing before production.
